Reportedly, the government of Uzbekistan has changed the working day of government employees to 10 am on Thursday in view of the match where the team will meet for the first time in the World Cup 2026.
According to the decision of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, government employees of the country are officially allowed to attend offices at 10:00 am on Thursday. According to local reports, the decision is part of the general arrangements made to support the progress of the Uzbekistan team in the World Cup 2026 locally.
According to the report, Sherzoda Asadowa, secretary of the President's office, said, "Certainly our honorable president and all our 40 million people are eagerly waiting for this match. The president watched this match tomorrow with his family members and grandchildren."
