Moscow CSK forward names France as World Cup 2026 favourite
Moscow CSK forward Livio Jean-Charles named France as favorites for the next World Cup 2026. He says he doesn't usually watch much football, but does watch big tournaments and national team matches. Among his favorite players are Desiree Douay and Ousmane Dembele.
Moscow-based basketball club CSK's forward Livio Jean-Charles has expressed his opinion about the upcoming World Cup 2026. When asked the question he first said "of course — France" and said he would watch the matches when he got the chance.
Jean-Charles says: Normally I don't watch much football, just the big tournaments. However, he made it clear that he would definitely watch the national team matches.
Asked about team interests and personal preferences, he also mentioned family background — his father was always an England fan, although he himself says he supports France 100%.
What Livio said about favorite player names: Desiree Duvaney was the first to be named. He also expressed his support for Ousmane Dembele, saying that even if Dembele is not standing tall in the national team, he is currently having a fantastic season and deserves respect.
